About Mr Drabu
Mr Khalid Drabu has been a Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery since 1988. His specialist interest is in reconstructive surgery of the lower limb undertaking hip and knee reconstructions and performing revisional surgery of failed hip and knee joints, and surgery for foot deformities and pain.
His expertise has been acknowledged with requests for lectures and presentations and surgical skills workshops both nationally and at international venues.
Over the years, as a Consultant, Mr Drabu has developed an extensive skill and knowledge base in the treatment of lower limb Orthopaedic conditions.
Treatment
Mr Drabu and his team are experienced in their fields. They are supported and fully backed up by staff who have knowledge and experience in all the procedures discussed on this website.
They ensure the facilities available in the operating theatre are those required, so individual patients receive the highest possible standards of care.

Working in Pakistan
In 2006 Mr Drabu took a Surgical Team to Pakistan following the devastating earthquake where they worked
and performed surgery voluntarily to assist in the management of casualties caught up in this massive humanitarian disaster.
